Certified Elevator Technician
We are currently hiring for a full-time Certified Elevator Technician. This position reports to the lead superintendent and will be responsible for a broad range of maintenance activities that are performed to keep sophisticated electro-mechanical equipment in our customer’s portfolio operating efficiently and effectively. The work is sometimes fast-paced and requires routine interaction with our customer base.
Individual must be a licensed and experienced Elevator Technician to perform elevator maintenance, service, and repairs. We require that you have a minimum of 5 years’ experience.
EXPERIENCE
Elevator Technician: 5 years (Required).
JOB LOCATION(S)
Phoenix, AZ.
Denver, CO.
LICENSE OR CERTIFICATION
Certified Elevator Technician (CET) or NEIEP card (Required).
WORK ACTIVITIES INCLUDE
- Perform assigned preventive maintenance inspections of equipment and systems as required.
- Utilize electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills to repair damaged equipment.
- Utilize schematics and wiring diagrams to pinpoint any defective operation.
- Provide and suggest reliability-based equipment improvements.
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Requires a High School Diploma.
- Certified Elevator Technician (CET) or NEIEP card (Required).
- Valid Arizona or Colorado Driver’s License.
Sales
We have an exciting opportunity for you to use your sales skills to help grow our business in the Phoenix and Denver Metropolitan areas. Your base salary will depend on your previous sales experience, and you will also have the opportunity to grow your earnings with our competitive sales incentive program.

The Position:
We are seeking an individual to sell elevator maintenance, repair and modernization solutions to our potential customers. This individual will work independently and be responsible for a sales quota within the Phoenix and Denver Metropolitan areas. Your phone and in-person prospecting skills will enable you to meet and or exceed your monthly sales objectives.

Your home will be your office and you will meet regularly with company ownership to build and develop ongoing sales strategies.
